Seasoned Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. uncooked long grain white rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (College Inn)
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 beef flavored bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add onion and saute 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Coat a 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
    Add rice mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
