Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can crabmeat
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 (9-inch) frozen pastry shell
Preparation

Bake shell for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
In bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, salt and Worcestershire.
Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour mix into shell and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
Gives 8 small servings.
Makes a lunch for 4 people along with a green salad.
