Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Remove from oven and while it is still warm, dust with powdered sugar.
