Romaine Salad With Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 kiwi
    3 medium heads romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
    2 c. quartered strawberries (fresh)
    1/4 c. raspberry white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel kiwi; cut into half lengthwise and cut each half into quarters.
    Toss with romaine and strawberries.
    Combine vinegar, jam and oil in a bowl.
    Stir well with a wire whisk.
    Pour over salad, tossing gently to coat.
    Yields about 8 servings.
