Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. toast crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 slices bacon
2 (12 oz.) bottles chili sauce
1 (13 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
Preparation

Mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, toast crumbs and onion.
Form into small balls.
Fry bacon.
Brown meatballs in bacon grease. Drain fat. Add chili sauce, cranberry sauce and crumbled bacon. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
These meatballs are very good. Serve them at parties using toothpicks.
