Scalloped Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated American cheese
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower according to package directions, adding 1 teaspoon salt.
    Drain cauliflower, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour.
    Stir in milk and reserved liquid; cook until thickened stirring constantly. Season sauce with remaining salt.
    Spread 2/3 cup sauce in casserole; add cauliflower.
    Pour 2/3 cup sauce over cauliflower; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Arrange eggs in casserole over cheese; cover with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
