Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water about 30 minutes.
    Drain and mash.
    Beat cream cheese in mixer until smooth.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients until combined.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
