Sunday Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large beef roast (6 to 8 lb.)
    10 to 20 small potatoes (whole)
    10 to 20 carrots, chunked
    2 to 3 small onions (whole)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season to taste before cooking or after.
    In large roaster, place roast.
    Layer potatoes, carrots and onions.
    Cover partially with water.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 1/2 hours.
    I usually put this in oven before Sunday School and upon arriving home from church, dinner is prepared.
    Serve with coleslaw and rolls.
