Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked cubed turkey
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (reserve 1/4 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained well
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except reserved cheese in an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Top with reserved cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 12.
    May be frozen and reheated in microwave.
