Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. ground sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove crust from bread, butter bread slices and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Cook sausage until brown and crumbled. Drain, then spoon sausage over buttered bread.
Next, sprinkle shredded cheese over sausage.
