Quick Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup milk
    1 cup dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 cup cubed cooked turkey or chicken
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter or margarine.
    Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
    Heat and stir until smooth.
    Stir in the sour cream and curry powder.
    Add the cubed turkey or chicken and heat. Garnish with snipped parsley.
    Serve over fluffy hot cooked rice. Offer curry condiments of chutney, raisins, toasted slivered almonds, sliced green onion, and mixed pickles.
