Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. grits
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil water in heavy saucepan.
    Add salt.
    Stir grits slowly into water.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot.
