Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Flour pork chops.
Brown on both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Pour mixture over chops in frying pan. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
(Use very little oil when browning chops.)
