Rice Krispie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add milk to Rice Krispies and let stand until soft.
    When soft add egg and shortening; beat well.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, then combine dry and wet mixtures.
    Bake in greased muffin pan at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
