Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen pie crust
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. half and half cream
    2 eggs
    chopped broccoli, onion, green pepper, mushrooms (whatever assortment of any)
Preparation
    Saute the veggies along with pepper and garlic flakes.
    Can also brown bulk sausage, however, this is optional.
    Place half of the cheese in the bottom of pie crust.
    Mix the veggies with eggs and cream.
    Pour into crust.
    Top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
