Squash Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. squash
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together, then add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Place in muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 dozen large muffins.
