Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 slice onion (for each chop)
    1 slice green pepper (for each chop)
    tomato sauce
    small to medium baking potatoes
Preparation
    Arrange chops in a shallow baking pan.
    Place on each a slice of onion and green pepper; pour over tomato sauce.
    Bake in moderate 325\u00b0 oven for about one hour.
    Throw in some small-to-medium baking potatoes (or start them a half-hour earlier).
