Hamburger Stroganoff(Good To The Last Drop) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 envelope sour cream mix or 1 c. regular sour cream
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat in 2 teaspoons butter.
Stir in flour and next 4 ingredients.
Add 1 cup water and mushrooms with liquid.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Combine sour cream with milk; stir into meat mixture.
Add wine (optional) and heat thoroughly.
Serve hot over noodles.
Serves 4 to 6.
