Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
