Vanilla Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
5 large eggs
1 small can evaporated milk (add water to make 1 c.)
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vanilla butternut flavoring
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk, alternating and ending with flour.
Fold in flavoring by hand. Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Start in cold oven.
Do not open door while baking.
Remove from pan immediately.
