Tapioca Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
2 cans mandarin oranges
3 large bananas
2 pkg. (3 oz.) tapioca pudding
optional: maraschino cherries, strawberries, blueberries
Preparation

Take juice from pineapple and oranges plus enough water to equal 3 1/2 cups.
Heat to a boil.
Add tapioca until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour over fruit and mix.
Garnish with maraschino cherries or strawberries.
Refrigerate at least several hours.
