Avocado Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado
8 hard-cooked eggs, cut in half
1/2 c. softened cream cheese
pinch of salt and pepper
lemon juice
Preparation

Mash yolks of eggs with fork.
Add the cheese, 3/4 avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Stuff the egg whites.
Slice remaining avocado thinly.
Put thin slice of avocado on top of eggs.
