Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
3 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 large Roma tomato, sliced thin
salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to garnish pie
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
pie crust (baked at 450 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes)
Preparation

Put cheese, Worcestershire, salt and dry mustard in pan.
Heat on low, stirring constantly until melted.
Beat eggs until foamy. Add to cheese mixture gradually; stirring constantly.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Decorate with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake another 15 minutes.
