Tomato And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomatoes
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onions, bell pepper and celery until onions become transparent.
Add tomatoes and cook gently until mixture dries a little.
Drop eggs into mixture and stir slightly.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover for 10 minutes.
May be served hot or cold.
