Pasole (Hominy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. diced pork
    1 can hominy
    1 diced onion
    1 can diced green chiles
Preparation
    Fry pork slowly until done.
    Add hominy, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Add onion and green chiles.
    Simmer until thickened.
