Party Snack Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
8 oz. very sharp cheese, grated
dash of Tabasco

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; form into quarter size balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
These can be frozen, then baked when needed.
Recipe can be doubled if needed.
