Banana Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1-1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas
3 Tbsp. sour milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts (chopped)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 lb. candied fruit
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat sugar and shortening, then eggs, until creamy.
Add vanilla and sour milk.
Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add bananas, raisins, nuts and candied fruit.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
