Shish Kebab(Warning, This Dish Need Minimum One Hour Marination Time.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    6 fluid oz. red wine vinegar
    1 fluid oz. lemon juice (no seeds)
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: white or black pepper, marjoram, oregano and thyme
    1 1/2 lb. leg of lamb meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    20 (large dice) pieces blanched* green pepper
    20 (medium size) whole mushrooms
    20 pearl onions, blanched, fresh, frozen or canned
    20 cocktail (cherry ) tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix the first seven ingredients together in a nonmetal bowl and then add the cubed meat and mix well.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap and reserve in cool to cold place.
