Simple Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/3 c. finely diced celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place chops in shallow, greased baking dish.
    Spread with mustard.
    Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar and seasonings.
    Pour tomato sauce and water over chops.
    Cover baking dish and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender. Serves 4.
