Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sliced yellow squash
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender.
    Drain. Cook until thickened evaporated milk, whole milk, butter and flour.
    Stir in Cheddar cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place squash and onion in a casserole and cover with sauce.
    Pour enough dressing on top of casserole to cover and dot with butter.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, until browned.
