Crazy-8 Carob Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 c. raw honey
1/3 c. carob powder
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil (olive)
2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake in Bundt pan 35 to 45 minutes, cupcakes 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch sheet cake pan 30 minutes, or half recipe for 8 x 8-inch pan.
