Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Use the basic ingredients plus any or all of the optional ingredients.
    Blend in a blender or mash well with a fork until smooth.
    Guacamole can be used as a dip or spread for corn chips, crackers or bread or as a dressing or main ingredient in salad. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
