"Frannie Bell'S" Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco. Add egg yolks. Add flour, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff, then fold in coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
