Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar and strawberries.
    In large bowl, blend sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Add strawberry mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
