Polish Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) Kluski noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil, add meat.
    Saute over medium heat until brown, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in soups and soup mix; spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan, or casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
    Add water if needed.
    Add noodles and sauerkraut, mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and bake another 30 minutes (about).
