Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. herb stuffing mix
2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 carton Egg Beaters *
2 eggs *

Preparation

*Use 6 eggs instead of these 2 ingredients.
