Bean And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    8 to 10 oz. Polish kielbasa, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 1/3 c. drained, cooked or canned Great Northern or baby lima beans (30 oz.)
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion, carrots, celery and garlic in oil until tender. Remove vegetables from pan.
    Brown sausage in same skillet. Combine vegetables, sausage, tomato sauce, beans, thyme and salt. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
