Ingredients

4 c. dark bread, cut into small pieces
4 c. chopped rhubarb
8 Tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix bread and rhubarb, add butter, hot water, sugar, salt and cinnamon in order.
Bake 1/2 hour with cover and 1/2 hour without cover.
