Chicken And Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. onions
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 oz. frozen orange juice or 2 Tbsp. Tang
Preparation

Arrange chicken in casserole dish.
Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
