Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
3 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
Finish filling the container to the fill line with milk, if needed.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
