Red Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 onions
    3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chops in a small amount oil and brown. Remove from pan. Saute onions and bell pepper. Add 2 cans of stewed tomatoes. Be sure to mash any large pieces. Stir well.
