Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and boiled
    1 lb. crabmeat
    15 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, cubed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
    1 c. garlic toasted bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cream soup, mayonnaise and eggs together.
    Fold in rest of ingredients, except bread crumbs and cheese.
    Place in well-greased 9 x 12-inch Pyrex casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add crumbs and cheese the last 15 minutes or baking time.
