Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 medium potatoes
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skin until done.
Peel skin from potatoes and slice.
In medium saucepan, combine butter, sour cream and cream of chicken soup, mix until warm.
Combine cheese and melt.
Pour over sliced potatoes, top with crushed corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
