Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. canned cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
1 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix first nine ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Pour into a large shallow baking dish.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Just before baking cover with the potato chips and cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot. Serves 8.
