Mexican Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans new potatoes, quartered and drained
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Place picante sauce, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Cook 40 to 60 seconds until heated through.
