Barbara'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. real butter
1 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt
butter;
add corn syrup, vanilla, salt and sugar. Heat enough to make a smooth mixture, but not hot.
Beat eggs very well;
gradually
add
to
syrup mixture, blending well. Add pecans and bake in unbaked pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 55 minutes. When pie is browned and set, pie is done.
