Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients;
    set
    aside.
    Beat
    butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields approximately 6 dozen.
