Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk or half and half
dash of pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Beat slightly.
Melt butter; add egg mixture.
Cook over low heat until set but top is still shiny.
Lift omelet.
Let egg mixture flow below omelet. Fold omelet in half.
Serve at once.
