Zucchini Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 slices American cheese
    2 oz. Muenster cheese, cut in strips
    2 c. zucchini, remove seeds, dice and can leave on skin
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Bisquick
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into a greased 9-inch pie dish or square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
    If using glass dish, bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
