Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add Wesson oil, then beaten eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add 3 cups carrots (shredded).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
